Thiruvallur apartments is a rental house project, where the client wanted us to provide two rental units in the first floor, single unit in the second floor and penthouse in the third floor. We have been requested to utilize each and every sq. Ft on the floor plate.

The most interesting features of this building is, we had a liberty of exploring forms, solid and void spaces in the façade and to achieve a holistic design.
